3. What the service does
Botgram is an online service that lets customers configure conversational agents which reply on their behalf on the Telegram messaging platform. Replies are produced by third-party language models, from the instructions and documents the customer provides.
Botgram is not published, operated or endorsed by Telegram. Telegram is a trademark of Telegram Messenger Inc., named here solely to identify the messaging platform the service works with.
4. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its interface, texts, visuals and the code behind them are protected by copyright and remain the property of the publisher, except for third-party material identified as such.
Reproducing or displaying the site or any part of it, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited. Browsing the site grants no licence of any kind.
Content customers upload to the service (agent instructions, documents, audio files, trademarks and logos) remains entirely theirs. The publisher accesses it only as far as running the service and providing support requires.
5. Liability
The publisher works to keep the site available and its information accurate, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. It may suspend the service for maintenance, and may change or withdraw any content on the site at any time.
Messages sent by an agent are generated automatically from the configuration chosen by the customer, under the customer's responsibility. A language model can produce an inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable reply: it is for the customer to supervise their agents, to check the commitments made in their name, and to comply with the rules governing their business as well as Telegram's terms of service.
The publisher is not responsible for content published by customers, nor for the exchanges their agents hold with their own contacts. The terms of that responsibility are set out in the terms of use.
6. Reporting illegal content
Anyone who believes that content distributed through the service is unlawful may report it to abuse@botgram.app, stating the Telegram handle concerned, a description of the content and the grounds for the report.
Reports are reviewed as promptly as possible and may lead to the suspension of the agent or account concerned. A manifestly abusive report engages the liability of its author.
7. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is processed (its nature, purpose, retention period and the rights attached to it) is described in the privacy policy.
Cookies and trackers, and how to refuse them, are described in the cookie policy.
8. External links
The site may link to third-party sites over which the publisher has no control. Visiting them is the user's sole responsibility, and those sites' own terms and policies apply.
9. Governing law
These legal notices are governed by the law of the State in which the company is registered (New Mexico, United States). Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the site falls to the competent courts of that State.
Consumers retain in any event the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.
